My name is Lyndal Fonokalafi and I am DP at Pukekohe East School and teacher of Year 5-6 class. A have many responsibilities at my school but for this context I am eLearning Leader and all things ICT. I am in my second year of BYOD (any device 8+ inch screen size) and third year of using GAFE (Google Apps for Education). Our school has a high quality seamless wireless system- Aerohive. Class have 4-6 per class to cater for those who do not have a device and do things that you cannot do on an iPad, print from Google Drive etc
Have had a go at the Levels of integration assessment as below- need to add evidence.
further developing GAFE use- docs, forms- quiz and reflections, presentations and beyond Year 3-6
developing student group weekly adding to blog- my class
Use of Evernote to record evidence of learning- my class
developing Google site used for PLD sessions to make key areas available to staff for future use. Also developing sites for sharing appraisal evidence including a reflective blog
investigating Creative Commons in the context of Digital Citizenship with staff and students
